Extensive knowledge of Mil-Spec connectors and contacts. Studied Business Management at Sinclair Community College. Brings over 30 years expertise in Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Business Management.

Jim Howell
Operations Manager

Oversees daily operations and monitors & controls the quality management system at CDI. Prior to Jim’s start at CDI he was in the United States Marine Corps. He served his country proudly for 8 years and was honorably discharged in 2002. He began working at CDI in 2003. He has over 16 years of experience with different quality management systems such as QS, TS, ISO, AS and has over ten years of experience with GSA audits.

Sharon Reisenfeld
Director of Sales and Marketing

Started with CDI in 2002, Brings more than 35 years experience in Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Business Management. Prior experience in Military Connectors, with 11 years in manufacturing and over 20 years in Military Component Distribution.

Kory Collins
Account Manager

Kory Collins is a Business Administrations major, where he received his accreditation from Indiana University East in 2012, he has spent over a decade in restaurant management working his way through College at a local Pizza Franchise then later working for Darden Companies at Olive Garden. After 12 years in restaurant management he wanted to pursue alternate career choices, in 2015 he left restaurant management and held positions as a banker with US Bank until 2017 he left the banking world and discovered an opportunity as an Account Executive with a Logistics company before ultimately joining the team at Connective Design in March of 2019. Kory is passionate about his work and the level of service he proves to provide.
