Danya Chandler
President/CEO
Danya founded CDI in 1991. She has over 34 years of experience in the contract manufacturing industry. She maintains extensive knowledge of wiring harness, cables, mil-spec connectors, and custom contacts as well as reverse engineering. She studied Business Management at Sinclair Community College and brings many years of expertise in manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Business Management. Danya holds certifications for IPC J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620A. She is a member of DRMA and is very passionate about serving her community
Jim Howell
Operations Manager
Oversees daily operations and monitors & controls the quality management system at CDI. Prior to Jim’s start at CDI he was in the United States Marine Corps. He served his country proudly for 8 years and was honorably discharged in 2002. He began working at CDI in 2003. He has over 16 years of experience with different quality management systems such as QS, TS, ISO, AS and has over ten years of experience with GSA audits.
Erin Wilkinson
Inside Sales
Erin Wilkinson is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in electrical connectors and interconnect solutions. A proud Ohio State University alumnus, she combines technical expertise with practical problem-solving to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Terry Hatton
Plant Engineer
I have been in the electronics industry for over16 years, I have a degree from ITT Tech for electrical engineering and a degree in business from Devry. My time in the electrical industry, I have built circuit boards and many different types of wiring harnesses and cables. I also used my expertise to reverse engineer wiring harnesses and cables. Prior to working at Connective Design, I served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years where I learned leadership skills and trained other Marines and was responsible for over $1,000,000 worth of military equipment.
Tim Williams
Quality Technician
I have been in Quality Control for over 5 years . I performed automated and manual inspections on various types of parts and equipment in the manufacturing industry. Responsible for integrating inspection procedures into every prospect of production, receiving and inventory, and shipping to ensure a seamless high-quality product to the customer. I proudly served for 6 years in the U.S. Army in the Military Police Corp in 2007-2013 deployed to OIF 08-09.
